Application Process

Step 1

(If you area already a Tri-C student skip Steps 1 and 2 and proceed to Step 3)

• You must apply for admittance to Cuyahoga Community College.
• Students who have not completed a college English or math course must take English and math placement tests at the Testing and Assessment Center. Students may use qualifying ACT scores instead of taking the math and English placement tests.

Step 2

• Please submit official high school (or equivalent GED, TASC or HiSET) and college transcripts (if applicable) to the registrars office.

  • Instructions for sending college transcripts

Step 3

Make an appointment to meet with a counselor and the SES Program Director Chris Faciana (Christopher.Faciana@swrxj.com), do a program planner, and register for the upcoming semester's coursework.

Step 4

• Submit a Health Careers Application.
